As the saying goes, “Employment is pivotal to people’s wellbeing”, and in order to achieve “common prosperity”, China’s human resource development must pay full attention to employment guidance and assistance, while focusing on the development of domestic high-end talents and employment flexibility, the implementation of new development concepts, and the integration of domestic and foreign talent resources, thereby achieving high-quality advancement of human resources development at home and abroad. By introducing advanced digital and intelligent management methods in developed countries, it is committed to anticipating the future development and prospect of international talent management and pioneering a path of human resource development with Chinese characteristics. 

In view of this, organizers will invite HR researchers and high-end think-tank experts from international, national, and local human resources and social departments, human resources development associations, human resources industry development parks, labor societies, vocational education societies, vocational education and adult education institutions, digital economy, artificial intelligence leading enterprises, and scientific research institutes, as well as domestic and foreign press and publication circles and other media to assemble at the conference.
